Freight Policy
- Products shipped to destinations within a 70 mile radius of the Fort Wayne, Indiana area can be delivered via our fleet of six trucks at No Charge.
- Products shipped to destinations outside this 70 mile radius are F.O.B. exceptions for large orders can be negotiated.
Claims
All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Returns
- All returned materials subject to manufacturer’s restocking fees and freight charges.
- All items returned for credit must be received within 60 days of purchase.
- All returned merchandise must be in original box and in sellable condition.
- Returns will only be accepted at Wayne Pipe & Supply, Inc and Wayne Kitchen and Bath Works when accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization. Contact your local sales representative or e-mail aknepper@waynepipe.com for the proper paperwork.
Warranties
- All warranties are subject to the rules and regulations of the Product Manufacturers.
