James Wilson

James "Jim" Wilson is a 1970 graduate from Ball State University. Jim spent a year teaching before joining the industry in 1971. His first job with Wayne Pipe & Supply, Inc. was as an inventory control manager. He was then promoted to an Inside Sales and Pricing Clerk, and then Outside Sales in 1974 through 1980. In 1980, he took over the Industral Sales Manager position and then in 1983, he was promoted to Vice President. Jim became our President and CEO in 2003 and currently holds that position. Jim has also served for four years on the board of NCWA and was the president in 2007. Outside of Wayne Pipe & Supply, Jim never passes up a game of golf or turns down a glass of red wine.
Arden Boocher

Arden started with Wayne Pipe & Supply, Inc. in 1986 after working for another wholesaler for three years. He has seven years of field experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Arden was hired into the Inside Sales/Commercial Quotations position; from there he was promoted to Outside Sales, Plumbing Sales Manager, Plumbing Division Manager, and then to Vice President. As a Vice President, he also serves as a member of our board of directors. Arden is happiest knee-high in sawdust and making a piece of furniture.
Richard Bada

Richard "Rick" Bada has worked for Wayne Pipe & Supply, Inc. since 1980, started in the warehouse. He was quickly promoted to delivery driver, purchasing agents, inside sales, outside sales, Industrial Sales Manager, and now Vice President. As Vice President, he also serves on the Board of Directors. Rick enjoys working with customers, playing golf every chance he gets and loves spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Janice Foltz

Janice Foltz graduated from Indiana University—Fort Wayne in 1977 with a B.S. in Business Accounting. She started with Wayne Pipe & Supply, Inc. in 1979 as an accountant. In 1994 she became the Assistant Treasurer and was named CFO in 1998. Janice is the first female officer of the company, and continues to serve on the Board of Directors. She loves to relax curled up on the couch with a good book.
